Refund policy
Returns & Exchange
We have a 14 days Returns Policy for non-personalised items. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of the order, and we will be happy to offer you a full refund (minus the postage cost incurred by us), providing the goods are returned in unused perfect condition and the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We may refuse the refund if the item shows any signs of wear and tear. Please do not deliberately damage the item simply to get a refund, your chances of refund acceptance are much higher if the item is in pristine condition so it can be resold. You are responsible for the return postage and ensuring the item reaches us safely. We do not offer exchanges. Please contact us and quote your order number for instructions on returning your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on earrings. Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault. Personalised Orders
Personalised Orders, which means that the item will be made or customised especially for you, cannot be returned under any circumstances. If a mistake is made on our end, we will thoroughly investigate it, and if proven, we will offer you a replacement of the exact same product within the same shipping time frame for our personalised orders. No refund will be offered.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items or items bought using discount codes cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you need a refund, then send us an email at info@trendyz.co.uk. We will then send you our UK warehouse address, where you need to mail your product back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
While we do not offer exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should write us an email at info@trendyz.co.uk. We will then send you our UK warehouse address, where you need to mail your product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
